I want to order from U.S.A, what about tariffs?

We have taken the decision to cover the recent 10% U.S tariffs meaning that you can continue ordering from United States and not pay a penny more. All you pay for is the postage and the normal import duty.

We ship worldwide. As long as your country is covered by Royal Mail, UPS, DHL or one of the major couriers we can get a pedal to you.

Are your pedals true bypass or buffered bypass?

All our pedals are true bypass. We use a combination of microcontrollers and relays to allow us to use super quiet, soft touch momentary foot switches. No more ‘ker-chunk!’ bleeding through onto your recordings.

What power supply do I need for your pedals?

Always power Intensive Care Audio pedals with high quality CENTRE NEGATIVE 9v power supplies. The current draw of each model will vary but in most cases 100ma outputs are fine. It is always advisable to avoid daisy chaining pedals to mitigate ground loops and noise issues.

Do your pedals work with bass guitar?

They do, but it is important to remember that they have been designed with guitar frequencies in mind. As is usually the case it is advisable to use a clean blend circuit when using gain pedals on bass guitar to preserve the integrity of the lower frequencies. There are no right or wrong answers, only what brings you joy and inspiration.

What is your typical lead time for orders?

If it’s in stock it’s ready to ship. UK orders usually arrive within 2-3 business days and expect at least a week for worldwide deliveries.

Can you build a custom pedal to my specifications?

Generally speaking we do not offer custom pedals or modifications, however if there is something you have in mind it is always worth enquiring. It might just be something that intrigues us.
